The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the words “with the following amendment:

On page one, subdivision 2.3.a., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$200.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$250.00”;

On page one, subdivision 2.3.b., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$200.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$300.00”;

On page one, subdivision 2.3.c., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$220.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$145.00”;

On page one, subdivision 2.3.d., by striking out subdivision 2.3.d. in its entirety and by renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly;

On page one, subdivision 2.3.e., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$50.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$100.00”;

On page two, subdivision 2.3.h., by striking out subdivision 2.3.h. in its entirety and by renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly;

On page two, subdivision 2.4.a., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$150.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$250.00”;

On page two, subdivision 2.4.b., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$50.00” and by striking out the dollar amount “$100.00”;

On page two, subdivision 2.4.b., after the word “event” by striking out the underlined words “for non-profit and no fee to attending participants, or $250.00 per event for profit and/or fee charged to attending participants.”; and

On page two, subdivision 2.4.c., by reinstating the stricken dollar amount “$100.00” and by striking out the underlined dollar amount “$200.00”.”
